To delete your Ternchat account, you'll want to visit your Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. You'll need to confirm your account password or enter a secure one-time code.
When a deletion request is submitted, the account enters a 14-day pending period. During this time, the account is disabled and cannot be used normally.
You have 14 days to sign in and cancel the deletion request.
Your account remains disabled until the deletion is canceled or completed.
The deletion may take longer than 14 days if additional security checks are required.
If you do not sign in during the 14-day window, the account is permanently deleted once processing is complete.
Ternchat may disable and schedule an account for deletion when it violates its platform guidelines, terms of service, or poses a safety risk. Accounts disabled by Ternchat follow a 30-day review period before deletion.
The account stays disabled throughout the full 30-day period.
The deletion timeline may be extended if there is an active appeal or support case.
You must submit an appeal to Ternchat Security if you believe the action was taken in error.
If no valid appeal is submitted or approved during the review period, the account is deleted at the end of the process.
