Ternchat staff will never ask for your password, authentication codes, or access to your device.
If a user pressures you into a financial transaction or claims to represent Ternchat without verification, discontinue the conversation immediately. Key warning signs include, but are not limited to:
Requests for payment, cryptocurrency, or gift cards
Pressure to act urgently or secretly
Links to unofficial websites or download pages
Accounts pretending to be Ternchat staff without a verified staff badge
Report suspicious behavior directly through the in-app reporting tool or directly contact Ternchat Security.
