Ternchat provides reporting tools that allow users to notify the safety team when harmful behavior or policy violations occur. Reports are evaluated by trained reviewers, with urgent safety risks receiving immediate attention.
Users may report a specific message by selecting the in-app report option, or report a user or server directly from its profile or menu.
Reports should describe the issue as clearly as possible, including links, context, or screenshots when appropriate.
Providing accurate information helps the safety team assess the situation and determine whether immediate action is required.
When you report content, a combination of human and automated systems via Ternchat Security reviews the report and determines whether the content or behavior violates Ternchat's policies.
Depending on severity, Ternchat may remove content, issue warnings, restrict account functionality, or suspend an account.
For server-level concerns, Ternchat may apply limitations or remove the server entirely. Reporters are not disclosed to the party being reported, and retaliation for filing a report is prohibited.
Ternchat may take enforcement measures without prior notice if a situation involves imminent harm or legal obligations.
