Server owners and administrators are responsible for the environment they create and must ensure their spaces remain compliant with Ternchat's global safety standards.
Every server must maintain a reasonable system for reviewing reports, enforcing rules, and removing harmful content. This includes appointing moderators or using automated tools.
Servers that contain age-restricted material must implement access controls and verify that only eligible users can join or view restricted sections.
Servers may not host unlawful material, violent threats, hate content, targeted harassment, child endangerment, or any activity that violates local regulations or Ternchat policy.
Any automated system connected to your server must operate safely, respect user privacy, and avoid collecting unnecessary data. Bots may not circumvent Ternchat's controls or permissions.
If a server becomes aware of credible threats of harm, administrators must immediately restrict access to the content, preserve relevant information, and use Ternchat's reporting tools to alert our safety team.
Rules governing your server must be clearly posted and consistently enforced. Users must be informed of any automated moderation systems in use.
Failure to maintain a safe environment may result in server restrictions, feature limitations, or removal from the platform.
